The service
Parent Second Brain, operated by Real Return Media, turns school and activity emails into a shared family calendar and to-do list. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Your account and family
You're responsible for your login credentials and for who you invite into your family. Invites are personal to the email address they were sent to. The family owner controls membership and billing. Only connect mailboxes and forward emails you have the right to share.
Trial, subscription and cancellation
New families get a free trial (length shown at sign-up). After the trial, continued use requires a monthly subscription billed via Paystack at the price shown in the app. You can cancel any time in Settings — cancellation stops renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we choose to refund. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, probe or disrupt our systems, or attempt to access other families' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Your content
Emails, attachments and family information remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the service (including AI extraction of events and tasks, as described in the Privacy Policy). We claim no other rights to your content.
Important limitations
AI extraction is a convenience, not a guarantee — always check important dates, amounts and deadlines against the original message. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending or changing the service
You can close your account at any time (Settings, or email us) and we'll delete your family's data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely we'll give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data. We may update these terms — material changes will be notified in advance.
